colog runs colog. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Plain language, no games.

What we collect

• Account email and workspace membership
• Committed session text and the snapshots it was extracted from, only after user review and tagging
• Tag names, descriptions, and workspace activity log entries
• Billing details, handled by Stripe
• Product usage events such as sessions tagged and digests viewed

Why

To run your account, deliver what you asked for, take payment where applicable, and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Job inputs and outputs are retained for about 365 days unless you delete them sooner. Account records persist until you ask us to close the account.

• Stripe (payments)
• Cloudflare R2 (snapshot and session storage)
• Postmark (transactional email)
• Anthropic (digest generation)
• Plausible (privacy-focused analytics)

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by writing to hello@colog.igotnostrings.com. Deleting your account removes your stored artifacts.
